implantcast GmbH is a medical technology company headquartered in Buxtehude, near Hamburg, where it was also founded. The company specialises in the development and production of implants and system solutions for orthopaedics and endoprosthetics, and has direct sales offices in ten countries.
A distinctive feature of implantcast is its specialisation in primary, revision and tumour endoprosthetics. To meet specific patient needs, the company also manufactures customised implants using 3D printing technology.
Implantcast employs more than 900 staff from over 80 nationalities and trains more than 40 apprentices across 13 vocational training programmes.
