Practice partner: NetCo Professional Services GmbH
NetCo Professional Services GmbH has been developing and marketing professional camera systems for documentation and security applications since 1996.
At its sites in Blankenburg (Harz) and Magdeburg, the company creates innovative solutions for a range of industries and applications. In the field of construction documentation, NetCo offers robust camera systems for infrastructure and building construction projects, combined with a web portal for automated report generation. For security and emergency services personnel, NetCo develops and markets state-of-the-art body cameras (bodycams) with a large front display to help de-escalate potential conflict situations.
NetCo employs more than 50 staff and can look back on nearly three decades of experience in a market characterised by rapid technological developments.
The IT and technology sector is characterised by constant change in technologies, working methods and skill requirements. At the same time, NetCo is distinguished by low staff turnover and high employee retention. Several employees have been with the company for over 20 years.
The ability to thrive as a small business in a highly dynamic sector characterised by a general shortage of skilled workers makes NetCo an ideal practical partner for resource-oriented resilience research.
